So I'm just going to jump straight into this one because I'm pretty excited.
This is the the completed look,Lets get started.
Here are all the products I used for this
feel free to substitute with what your have
-Make up Forever eyeliner in 1K
-NYX jumbo pencil in Slate
-Coastal Scents 88 original palette
-NYX glitter Mania in Silver
-Wet n Wild H20 proof liquid eye liner
-The biggest dramatic lashes you own(optional)
Start by filling in your eyebrows and applying your favorite Primer, I used ELF eyeshadow primer in Sheer.
Next draw a line with your black pencil right above your crease, winging it out and bringing it down to the outer corner of your lash line. Don't worry if the line is not perfect, your will clean it up later just make sure you have the basic shape.
Grab your NYX jumbo pencil in Slate or any other cream color you have that is similar and apply it all over your lid with your finger or a small eyeshadow brush.
Using the black in the Coastal Scents Palette blend upward and out with a small angled brush to smoke out the black liner. be patient and make sure you blend evenly.
Apply a creamy off-white colored highlight underneath the brow.
In the area underneath the highlight where the off white and black meet apply a light pale blue color and blend in very well.
If your afraid of fallout now would be the time to apply a loose powder underneath your eye.
Using any white eyelash glue and q-tip, smear it all over your eyelid up to your cut crease line, working quickly so that it doesn't dry.
Next using your finger or a sponge tip applicator apply the glitter all over the lash glue, make sure you press it into the lash glue, don't brushing it on.
if you've lost some of your black line underneath the glitter, grab your pencil and redraw your cut crease line.
Line your top and bottom lash line with any black liquid liner of your choice. I used H20 proof by Wet n Wild(Its really a great Liner). extend the inner corner toward your nose for that dramatic look .
Wipe away the loose powder and any glitter fallout you may have, and clean up any mistakes you made with the liner using a q-tip.
Apply a coat of mascara,
and find the biggest lashes you own.
they are completely optional by with this look why not go BIG

So there you have it a very dramatic glittery cut crease look. Yes it can be a bit much for someone who isn't into doing heavy makeup looks, tailoring looks to fit your personality and style is the key. I personally would wear this look for a night out on the town or a date. So if your like drama this one is definitely for you, if you like glitter then this one is for your too.
Enjoy your fearless, vibrant look and feel free to post your own recreations and comments :)
